Core Fitness

GROUP TRAINING

This Training focuses in Body Strengthening and Conditioning working together as a team. Implementing a Circuit Training Style using Bodyweight Exercises and Equipment.
It’s more fun exercising with a friend,
While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win.
Joining an group exercise class can be a great way to meet people, get to know them better, and make new friends.

Women Stretching

STRETCHING, FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY

Body Awareness. A Healthier You

This training focuses in opening the body increasing flexibility and range of motion. It's a great way to lose tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better improving body awareness and enhancing stability, balance and posture. Students will practice multiple sequences to align breath and movement. 
Equipment required will be mat, straps, yoga blocks.

PRE-POST NATAL

Optimal health and fitness is important for women surrounding a pregnancy. During pregnancy, the female body goes through several anatomical, metabolic, and physiological changes. As a pregnancy progresses, the anterior abdomen increases in size, which causes the client’s center of gravity to shift, affecting her balance and posture. This program will focuses in Balance, Strength and Flexibility Training using the appropriate exercises modifications and intensity for pre-natal women . It will be implemented for the workouts the use of stability ball and resistance bands instead d free weights. Good posture and balance will minimize the chance of a fall.

Requirements: To sign up in this program it is required a medical clearance from a physician, also wearing a heart rate monitor throughout the training session.

For post-natal women training will focus in Core Training. Strengthening the abdominal muscles to get that core strength back, low impact cardio, corrective exercises to improve posture and Flexibility Training. Basically the goal  re building overall body strength.

TEENS TRAINING

In this Program adolescents will perform Fun Workouts to get them Up and Active while they Improving circulation, Removing toxins from the body through sweating, Strengthening the heart, Improving muscle strength, Boosting energy,  Strengthening the immune system. This training also will focus in developing motor control, skills, posture correction and flexibility to improve performance and decrease injuries. 
Sport Games, Drills, Ladders, Box Jump, Medicine Ball, and Fun challenges will be implemented. 
In theses time Adolescents suffer of many conditions like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, sedentary periods. Physical Activity reduces the risk pf depression, increase self-esteem, builds self-confidence and promotes restful sleep. Also enhance thinking and learning skills and may improve school performance. Exercise is a powerful form of self-care because it has so many physical, emotional, and psychological benefits. 
The goal in this program is to create a Fun and Joyful atmosphere so teens will enjoy of physical activity while improving their health.

ONLINE TRAINING

Stay Fit and Healthy from the comfort of your home. 

This Online Program has two services. First option is getting access to 60 minutes training in real time with me from anywhere you are in the world through Zoom. Warm Up-Workout-Cool Down and Exercises Corrections will be use in this training. The use of equipment might be implemented in this program like Free weights, elastic bands, mats, kettlebells, foam roller, stability ball, etc. Individual or Group Sessions are available depending of package chosen.

Second option is getting access to Workout Videos Weekly designed for you based on your fitness level and personal goal including, a prior assessment through Zoom. Every week clients will receive 3-5 workouts videos depending on the package chosen including warm up, training, stretching. equipment might be required like dumbbells, mats, resistance bands, stability ball, foam roller, this will be informed in advance.

Clients will need to send their videos and I will check their training process and send them my feedback.
