"I can say she saved my life and certainly changed it for the better. I was 80kg about 3 years ago, when I first joined Ornela's class, now I lost 26kg without any diet as I like food. I also has Anemia. I am sure you would think, yeah if you were fat and moved to do exercise of course you would loose weight. Not necessarily, as I had other teachers about a year earlier but I got fatter. 
What made the difference was the method she taught and the way she taught.  She made our class understand how our body works and the movements etc.  She was more caring, making sure we understand, so we benefit from every movement we make without getting hurt and using the right energy. Ornela also explained that even if we cannot do it right the first time it is the process that we learn from to get it right. When we do get it right, she encourages us to do better.  
What I learned was, it was more about making you a stronger person and of course you would also lose the weight by doing that .  So now I am a stronger, fitter person both physically and mentally. I also do not need to take my Iron tablets for my Anemia anymore.   Of course you have to be committed and work for it but Ornela made it more fun. When I am tired, it is Ornela's energy, encouragement, understanding, laughter and her smile, that keeps me going.  That's why all these years I did not give up and growing stronger every day.  I am very proud to be one of her students and I always have many positive comments from other students about her . My doctors, friends and family are also amazed by my achievement.  So if you have Ornela as a teacher or fitness trainer, you too will be lucky to have a fun path to Fitness and better health.  I am very happy and proud she is my teacher and also become a good friend.  So I am really Thankful and grateful for my good health back.
